And the award for the most unresponsive CRA goes to...

Experian gets my vote. I sent off a dispute in JUNE along with an address update.

Three letters later ( a waste of money... can I sue for postage? ) I still have not received a response back, but the change FINALLY showed up on PG on Saturday as well as the disputed TL deleted. Yeah!

I don't think I'll ever receive a piece of mail from them.

Makes me wonder sometimes, how do they even verify all the info...

that's easy, they don't.

Actually, Experian has been pretty good for me. It's TU and EQ that are the royal PITA.

Experian gets my vote also. Trans Union has been good to me, deleting 12 negative accounts and adding 6 positive in 6 months, EQ (CSC here is starting to give me troubles...but they have deleted.)

I have not had one negative taken off my report since I started...Plus I hate how they don't send you a complete report in the mail...just an updated page with your dispute results...

Experian gets my vote. Dumb as rocks.

TU has been very responsive and fast to delete when I initiated an online dispute.

I like EQ because it's so easy to get a free copy of my report. I've had to stay on their backs about some duplications, but anytime I've called they've actually been pleasant.

creditcrunch

Would recommend faxing your dispute in to CSC Credit Services at: 281-878-1974 and include copy of the credit report as well as their results... pointing out that they failed to remove as the results reflect. If they can please fix this matter as soon as possible.

Give it another round, you have them on this by their own documentation, if they say it was re-inserted... then your next step is to inform them that you had not been notified properly of the re-insertion and that you want it removed. They have 5 working days from the re-insertion to send you notice that it had been added back.
