saltydog
Am trying to help out a friend who is currently in deep financial "doo doo" and who is currently without a computer. They are behind on their mortgage with Wilshire Credit and are getting all kinds of strange fees tacked on such as driveby appraisals and driveby surveys. WHAT IS THIS?? Has anyone heard of such fees. In the past month their amount due for loan payment has risen over 2.000. Anyone have any dealings with this company? Any advice I can pass along to these folks? They are at the end of their rope right now. Told them about this site but ....no computer right now. Haven't had a mortgage payment for 20 years - must be out of touch because I have never heard of some of the things they are telling me about. Anyone have any input here?? firstsource
Drive by appraisals are normally part of the foreclosure process. I would be very worried if I were them. Please give them my number and have them call me. There are some companies, (interest is extreamly high) that will be able to take care of the situation now, but if they wait until they get the final FC notice, it is too late.
