ljones4521
According to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) you have a legal right to demand the original and they have 15 days to produce it or there is NO DEBTThe above was posted by Butch several months ago. I would like to know does anyone use the 15 days to produce the original conract when they validate? This was originally posted on another board but hit a dead end. What do you guys think? Can we use this to our advantage?
sisflomi
Wouldn't you have to demand this through the courts though and not through credit repair?
hotdami812
after 2 attempts to validate with a CA and them sending me crap for validation, absent of course what I requested, I used that approach, the account was ultimately deleted. Wasnt sure at the time if it would work but it did.
