nolo
This question comes up again and again and again. It sure would be nice to FINALLY put it to rest.Is the SOL for medical bills covered by the individual state UCC codes or is it not?Does anyone REALLY have the answer to this question? Has this been tested in court?ANYONE?This thread prompted me to ask this question YET AGAIN :http://debt-consolidation-credit-repair-service.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=6499
nolo
Sorry to bump this, I know it's an over and over again question but it is important to a lot of people.I guess maybe a lot would depend on the actual wording of the medical paperwork that the debtor signed? Am I even getting warm?
ms6073
Uniform Commercial Code Locator http://www.law.cornell.edu/uniform/ucc.htmlCan fall under Federal or State UCC for goods and services - typically only with a 4 year SOL.
