I had a few items in dispute, which most has been taken care of updated

correctly, but all my old good accounts dtd 96, 97 were deleted, a couple of car loans, credit card, personal loan, I am at a lost. Is there anyone,

or a contact at Equifax that can help me with this?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Equifax is the main bureau for Va.

You should able to speak to a representative if you still have a confirmation number from one of your disputes that allows you access into the phone system.

I think you have a 30 day window in which the confirmation number allows this.

Even though you may be able to get a rep that knows something and can help you (sorry, I don't have a specific contact) it still may be best to put forth information on your tradelines, the account numbers and creditors in writing, CMRR, requesting that these tradelines (the ones that were in good standing) be re-inserted in your report as they were being reported correctly and not due to come off.

Perhaps writing it out and sending it may be better than to trying to relay all of your deleted TLs over the phone.

Good luck.

Check this link, same thing happened to another poster and there's a contact name for someone at EQ
