Removal of a Consumer Statement

I think only TU has the Consumer statment option or at least that is the only one that is showing a statement for my mother-in-law... My question is is there a way to remove the statement? She has a statement that serves as nothing but admission of guilt and it would be in her best interest to get rid of it. Thanks

Or you can fax in a request :D I called them up and asked to have the fraud alert removed from my CR and they said all I had to do was FAX in and request it be removed. They told me I needed to make a copy of my drivers license, but I never did and they still removed it within a week. Heres the FAX # I used for TU 714-525-0668
