If they giive you any flac about the last time you disputed just tell them" hEY, I have just started cleaning up my credit and I got that account confused, it's acutually not mine, ... I have the right to dispute as "NOT MINE" ":if they say, well they verified, say I 'well mistakes happen', and remember you can always hang up and get another attendenet, you should be OK if you keep trying.Good luck, let us know if something goes wrong, I'm sure you'll be OK

They do not want you to clean it up because they make money off your bad credit so that's the last thing you need to tell them. They do have a right to label you as frivolous and since they have verified it once, the may not investigate again. However, I haven't seen too many people getting labeled frivolous by EQ, not like EX and TU so if I were you, I'd just submit a dispute online since those are check boxes and you could always say "oops, wrong box". Just my two cents....

And Swede is right on this part, they make more money due to bad credit then they do otherwise, so don't tip them off about cleaning up your credit. That rubs them the wrong way for sure.
