Inquiries The following inquiries are "hard" or voluntary inquiries and were generated because you authorized the companies listed to request a copy of your credit report. Credit Scores are calculated using only inquiries from the last 12 months; however, Equifax stores and displays inquiries on file for 24 months. Additionally, your credit score is not lowered by the several inquiries that are generated by your shopping for the best auto loan or mortgage rates. curlytop
That is so wierd! I pulled EQ today and all of PG's were soft. I wonder if they are messing with you!?! Do they show as hard on PG's inquiry section? I'd be interested to know their explanation. You should call PG and EQ.
busted
EQ GOLD seemed to change their format online. The online report is now needlessly involved.I guess they want to make the same report look more formal to justify the cost.Anyway, when the format switched around 8/20 it suggested the soft in were hard as per the above post.EQ showing 85 extra hard as of 8/20!My Score hasn't changed 1 point and they do not show up on PG.I think that means EQ messed up in their explaination but are really treating them as soft. Your 12 point drop might just be something else.BustedBusted
curlytop
Yep, you're right. Today they showed as hard on mine, too. But, they are not showing as hard on my PG report. Have you guys pulled a FICO to see if they show up there?
