Randysbarb
I just pulled my experian report and noticed that 2 public records do have a date that they will "fall off" under status details. BUT.......none of the co's or CA accounts have any DOLA...only date opened, status date and last reported date. Any ideas how I can find out the DOLA or should this be on the report? Thanks for the help!!
kb9tbq
If the collections are in relations to accounts with Original Creditors already showing up on the credit report - they should expire at the same time as the OC reporting. If the collection agencies are unrelated to the creditors on the credit report, then this gets harder for you to figure up, and easier for them to accomplish re-aging. Then you have to go from past statements or memory of when you know on or about what time it went delinquent. You can also call the Experian and ask them for clarification on the drop off date, from there you can work for formula backwards to see if it matches up with what you believe to be the correct date of last activity.
