Just looked at it again and it has changed since earlier today. I guess they thought they better keep up with EQ, which is not to imply I look the new EQ format any better. Companies are just so out of touch. I am going to check out the new format and see what I think.

It just appears to be minor cosmetic changes and is actually a little nicer since it is a few less clicks to seeing my report. Don't have to click on that extra "OK" button. Hey, it is all about the little things. ;)

Wonder if they will confirm the expiration date like TU & EQ if called in to request this, - if you mind of someone test this theory out.

Since they are new to this, might be a problem - As much as I really liked EX reports over the 3 CRAs, their customer service sucks!
