Has any ever contacted Edelman, Combs & Lauterner (Edcom

Recommended Posts

I have also contacted them, just a few weeks ago. They agreed to take my case on a contingency basis, and sent me paperwork to sign for retention.

I used te paperwork they sent to send the CA I was wanting to sue an ITS before signing retention papers.

It worked, the CA will settle out of court before filing for $2000.

I do think location does have a lot to do with it. I'm about 4 or 5 hours south from Chicago, and I honestly don't want to make the drive up there.

HI:

I called and sent them my info by fax but I am not in their region and it would not be economical viable for them to handle my case, unless it was admitted in a class action. I think they are more or less looking for class actions if they are out of state unless it is a major injustice.
