kb9tbq
I would think ideal actually would be sending dispute 1 to 2 weeks prior to thanksgiving. This way you know during the crutial time of the creditor receiving the dispute from the CRA and having to investigate will fall right on Thanksgiving, and with Creditors having such a limited window, that may just shut them down from responding fast enough. At least through Experian I know that the Creditor only has a 5 day window to verify and respond. So I would think you want to space the holiday just right to when you would guess the ball to be in their court.
