LadynRed
And if it comes back to you, and it will if they have refused it, do NOT open it ! Keep it intact and if you end up in court it will be your proof that they DID get it.. but refused it.
sisflomi
Lady, I know you said before to put payment on the envelope. Someone said to me that it is mail fraud or something to do that. Any thoughts?
nativechild48
Well, the CA did sign, it was signed middle of this month, came back yesterday mangled ran a tracer on uspus web site, to keep proof with my receipt and green card this should be o.k. Right?
LadynRed
Yes, that will do, just hang onto it.OR, you can try sending it using FedEx or similar, anything that will give you a signature and delivery confirmation. They don't usually expect a FedEX, they're learning to refuse CMRRR mail Sis - putting 'payment' alone on an envelope is not a good idea, even 'payment dept' or some such could be construed as fraud. vonniegirl
Note: You always have the option of going on line to www.usps.com and track when it was received, print it for your records even if you print when it WAS NOT received
