A paid account.They did update the account to a 0 balance, but they also made a duplicate of it.I have sent letters, Faxes, and even called on the phone.Everything but my first born. LOL.They will NOT change my name and they keep saying that they have (verified that this item has been reported correctly).I don't know what else to do.. Any suggestions ????? Sue em...if they have your name wrong, and refuse to change it, that means they are willfully reporting inaccurate credit information. If you were go to for a loan of some sort, the name discrepency would come up. Seeing as how I'm sure you have irrefutable proof of your name, I'd say it's pretty much a slam dunk that you'd win your case, and get a little bit of cash out of it.
