funnycide
I sent the DV letter on 7/28, they have ignored it and left me a voice mail at work today to call them back, isn't that a validation?
kb9tbq
You should send them a partial cease and desist letter - informing them that they are not allowed to call you at home or work, or any where else, but that you insist that all communication be done by writing. Ravenous Wolf
Even though they refuse to respond to your DV, you must continue sending out DV letters and let those green cards pile up.Naturally, they want to make money and will want to continue calling but you must insist that any communication has to take place in writing instead of the phone. And send out a copy of the green cards to the CRAs explaining to them that the CA is refusing to respond to you thus refusing to provide any kind of proof that this debt actually belongs to you.
