Mel
Got notice that account 12XXXX is unverifiable & this account has been updated to report as pd in full. On Credit Report it is still listed as:>>>Collection reported 12/02: assigned 7/02 to RMAClient XXX Amount $XX PAID Balance 0.This is still bad, Should I send them a letter and ask for the whole account to be deleted? How can they say pd collection if they can't verify.
kimber6337
Mel,Your thinking right, but what did you ask for in your initial letter? deletion? They need to provide proof, write them back and tell them they are in violation. I have had good luck (believe it or not) with calling the CRA's over stuff like this and getting removals (got to get a good rep on the line though). Mel
I told told them to delete this incorrect information& send me a corrected report. I have a new letter to go out tomorrow. I would call them but this is for my hushand and I didn't think they would talk to me. Thanks,

Mel
Thank you for the idea. I will call and get fax number today! I have been to the Post office quite a bit latley and noticed others with letters to CRA and CA's. I am really grateful for this board and the members that give advice. Now I am helping my mom with hers!
