retmar
I have two questions. I would like some input, please.1. In regards to suing CA's, If there are multiple accounts involved with same CA, do you show as one violation for all or are they shown as each? Let's say there are three accounts with three violations each, would you show it as nine violations or three violations? I ask as the references I found here seem to contradict this.2. If a CA (assigned) cannot file suit in California, can they hire another CA or lawyer to file on their behalf? Can they move to a higher court to sue? Or, do they have to return to OC to file on their own? What I found does not reference this.

It's easy to receive continued collection activity on an account you've requested validation for, but which you learn was actually a different account.2. They can hire an attorney in your state, or in another state and who is licensed to practice in your state.
