georgiaboy
I was watching Judge Larry Joe on tv the other day and there was a case about a billing dispute.Judge larry ruled in favor of the Plantiff based on this.He stated that the Florida Governor had enacted a law, that any price, quote, estimate given over the internet in the state of Fla, was the price, and that its not changeable and its deemed paid in full when paid.If you deal with a CA/DC in fla via the internet, they agree to settle for $100 on a $200 debt, they cannot resale the remaining debt etc, I dont know the link to the law, or where you would find it, but its worth looking into.
