Post cards & E-mailing NCO

Has anyone ever tried to e-mail NCO? I checked out their website and it has an email address.

Won't my copy be proof?

Another question - I got what I think is a postcard from them - one of those things where you have to rip off the sides to open...

It actually looks like a credit card offer - had Capital One as return address. Inside they offered to help me find a "solution" to my problem - and only mentioned NCO.

Bottom of letter said it was from a debt collector - but nothing about my right to validate. I already settled this account, but OC is reporting as Charge off - AND I already sent NCO a validation letter - got no answer.

Any advice?? Please help...this is only one of my problems!!!
