credithound
After 35 days NCO sends me a letter claiming validation. With it is the most unprofessional attachment ever. It is a so called bill that is obviously made from there computer screen. It has my phone# and account number for AT&T.So what's next? They will get a letter tomorrow and it will be a 15 day letter to validate or delete. NCO is off 2 bureaus except EQ. Then I will see what their actions will be. I am going to threaten court and send a copy of this letter to AT&T. AT&T will also be sued for their negligence and also defamation of character. It is possible to subpoena a telephone bill for small claims court? Anyone ever have luck with this?
