TU dropping positive tl again

Well, last month TU dropped my new Lowe's & Citgo tl's. I figured out why Citgo fell off and now have that fixed but Lowe's just fell off. Well, Lowe's updated this month and is back on as of this morning but now the dropped my Meijer cc. Lowe's & Meijer are both by issued by the same bank so I wonder if this has anything to do with it. Called TU & they claim that the creditor is who removed the account. I argued with them about it because if they were going to remove it wouldn't they remove it from all 3. Well, I got nowhere of course so I just wanted to vent. Meijer should be updating soon so I will be curious if Lowe's will fall off again. The same thing has happened with the same 2 accounts on DH's reports & he is just listed as an au so who know's what they are doing.

Are you sure you don't have a split file? Thats what was going on with mine when it was split. See it one day, gone the next. I think they got tired of messing with it, and just deleted just about everything off there for me. I don't care now, my current stuff reports, and my score is 663. Just a thought for you to ponder.

Thanks sis for the reply. When I called I mentioned that and was told no. This is the 2nd time that I have called about it. What is strange it is the same 2 accounts on DH's reports that are changing back & forth. Lowe's just updated sometime yesterday so I assume that is why it showed up. Meijers will be updating within the next week so I will see if it gets added back on & if Lowe's drops again. If it happens again, I will call & see if I can get someone to figure this out.

Thanks again!
