paw67
Well, I think that some people just use it as a guage to attempt to track their progress. Since it can get pretty expensive to be pulling your true FICO scores everyday, the PG score at least gives you something to go on. I know that when my PG score changes something in my report has changed, all be it good or bad. Then once I find the change I can determine whether or not I want to spend the money to pull the true number.Don't know if this is the real reason or not, just my 2 cents.paw67

crofttk
I'm with paw67 on the limited usefulness of the PG score. As far as your second question, there is NO CONSISTENT WAY to predict this. You're lucky if one moves in the same direction as the other. The PG score is calculated by the CreditXpert algorithm, owned by Neuristics. The real FICO score calculation algorithm is owned by Fair Isaac. They are apples and oranges.
sisflomi
The higher my real fico gets, the lower my pg gets. Right now my fico is 636. PG shows me at 555.
