Hey, does anyone have any unpaid judgments against collection agencies?

Heh i can help, after speaking with my attorney and the attorney general in my state, i can legally collect judgments w/o being licensed as a collection agency heh, i specalize in collecting judgments (i do not call them i just go about legal efforts to enforce the judgment) so if any of you need help, there is no up front cost..and i am willing to help you guys out heh...

message me on here and ill let you know if i can help you out.

i've always wanted to start a collection agency or do some type of legal collections so i thought to my self why not help out the consumer...

if i offended anyone i am sorry..

I've always understood it with regards to CA's that don't want to pay judgements, you can just place commercial liens on all of their holdings until they pay up...fairly easy stuff, IMO.

eh there are ALOT of things you can do against companies..if the judgment is big enough and the company owns real estate property, i like placing a lien against the property and foreclosing on it...but that is a very expensive process...otherwise i have other means of collections...

I'm not so sure you're correct in the part about placing a lien, then foreclosing on a piece of real estate. I have never heard of that being done on either personal or commercial property. Generally liens can remain with the property indefinately. What you should consider doing is sending the sheriff out to the business for a till tap. That will involve filing and service fees.

when you place a lein on the house you have the option of keeping it on till they either refinance or sell the house OR you can foreclose on the house like i said it is a VERY expensive process i have done it once, it ran me a 5,000 deposit which of course you get back when the process is complete by the sale of the property...and ofcourse it depends upon what state you are in also...heck i have seen people doing seizure of liquor licenses at bars and auctioning it off...it all depends upon the state...the best thing to do though is probably a bank levy..especially with commerical accounts
