amortgageman
No doc loans generally are at least 1% -1 1/2% higher than the best rates on a conforming mortgage. No documents, no assets, no employment, no income, no worries.....at a price.

willtygart
A bunch of people forget though that if you have a 700 credit score for the middle.......there is a good chance on a loan up to 90%ltv that you wonts have to verify any of your income or assets........so if you are short, but have the scores.....you can fydge the numbers a lil...which some lenders actually want you to do if you can believe it. The income has to be deemed reasonable for the line of work but other then that it is a no doc loan at full doc pricing
DACMAN
Ranger -- with those score and trying to do a no doc will be very near impossible or at a rate that may not make the deal make sense.
blueranger
I never considered a no doc loan... but i have a partnerwho has perfect credit but low income...
firstsource
That will work, as DACMAN said, rates are higher, as you pay more as risk increases, but No Doc loans are faster and easier to do than any other.Charles
