I have just paid off 2 credit cards and would like to know the quickest way of how to get them to show on CRA's. This was done to get my scores up for a home loan and don't really want to wait the 30 days if I don't have to. Can I fax a copy of the payments to the CRA's? Does anyone have any suggestions????

Please help! Thank you!!! :)

the fastest way I have found is to dispute the balances but you will still have to wait about 30 days for it to show.

IF you are negotiating a home loan you can show the loan officer that you paid the account off.

Yes, definitely fax your letters to the CRAs..

Include copy of letterhead documentation with signature from the creditor confirming that you paid. Also tell them in your letter that your dispute reguards a mortgage loan pending:

Give them the name of the lender and instructions to send this lender an updated copy of your credit report with corrections made.

Also request that they rush this matter, that your closing date is coming up on ... date.

You can show the letter to your lender if they are willing to move with out the scores being re-adjusted.. always try that route first if they are of the mind to do so.
