Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah just thought that I would say I have missed you folks and your great advice, what with me takin a couple of months off :p but now I'm back in the saddle again :D

Hey, great to see you back on the board again, welcome back. :-)

Yes, you are right - this is a re-inserted tradeline.

All you have to do is send in a letter to the CRA pointing out the fact of the matter, that they failed to give you 5 day notice of the re-insertion and that you want this removed for good.

I have had to do this before and it worked just fine for me, so you should not have any problem with TransUnion complying with your request.

Yes, it was re-inserted and they needed to send you a letter within 5 days letting you know.

First its TU, so they will prob tell you that they creditor changed the account number or amount or something like that. Don't that them play with you. If they won't delete it, theres a letter to send on my webpage. Go to cra letters, its called reinsert.

CONGRATULATIONS DADDY!!!! Hope all goes with for dw during her preg and Deliah is warm and happy to the idea of sharing mommy and daddy.
