dot.com
Good morning. I have this one collection agency that has 2 of my old credit card accounts that they're trying to collect on. I am going to send a debt validation letter to them, but wasn't sure if I should just pursue one account at a time or both since they have both of my old accounts on file. Does anyone have any suggestions on what route I should take? I was told by someone who is also doing this, to pursue one at time. I'm afraid though, that if I do one at a time they will have already gathered the necessary info when I go to dispute the other! What should I do? What should I do? Thanksdot.comDefinitely one at a time. If it's 2 different OC's, they're not going to have the information for the other just because you're asking for information on one- you're giving them way too much credit. Or, send in the letters at the same time.
dot.com
Thanks Swede(nice picture by the way) So, I probably could get away with sending in two different debt validation letters to the same collection agency? If so, should I at least space the time out when I send them. For example, send one in and then send in the other letter 10 days later??
