Privacy Guard - HELP!!!!

I enrolled in Privacy Guard to get my husband's reports and forgot to cancel!!!! :( It only allowed me to get one report and then kept telling me that it was having technical difficulties and could not get me the other reports. At any rate - I forgot to cancel and now have been charged $90 for membership!! Does anyone have any idea if there is any way I can get this charge reversed?

Let me know if anyone else had any luck with this!!!!! :(

You need to call the 800 number for them and tell them just what happened. Then ask them to cancel and credit your card for the charge. Don't settle for the csr that answers the phone. Ask for a super visor. Then ask them to email and snail mail you a letter stating your request and that they are going to take care of it. If they don't handle it right, report them to the bbb and ftc and your state ag office.
