It only allowed me to get one report and then kept telling me that it was having technical difficulties and could not get me the other reports. At any rate - I forgot to cancel and now have been charged $90 for membership!! Does anyone have any idea if there is any way I can get this charge reversed? Then ask them to cancel and credit your card for the charge. Don't settle for the csr that answers the phone. Ask for a super visor. Then ask them to email and snail mail you a letter stating your request and that they are going to take care of it.
