30 Days came and went, now how do I get these buggers off?

I DV'ed almost every account I wanted off. One was replied to right away with "we will delete this" and they did. The rest have been completely silent, no response at all.

Here's my list...

Fed. Credit Corp $293- Paid to another CA and WAY past SOL - Currently being nutcased Now being discussed with an attorny for FDCPA violations, including calling me during the DV 30 day time frame and using the words "federal case number" as a reference to my account.

United Accounts $131 - SOL - Currently in DV, their time is up with no response

Professional Systems $403 - Settlement offer accepted, agreement to delete is in writing still listed, but I DO have a UDF for this that says to delete it, EQ says it takes 30 days

GMAC $6002 - SOL and a duplicate listing thanks to transposed numbers - soon to be disputed as Not Mine

GMAC $6401 - SOL and due to be gone in about 2 months - ditto

GMAC $6002 - SOL and also a duplicate - ditto My report no longer lists anything for GMAC, but it's still on DH's report once, with EQ. It went from 1 to 0 on mine and down 3 to 1 on his. Due to be gone next month anyway

Berks Credit & Coll. $297 - Paid to another CA (It's the same debt as Federal Credit Corp.) Also, WAY past SOL - and also being nutcased. 30 days are up, no response

FNB of Brookings $479 - SOL - Used the OCDV approach, they can't find the account and would like more info. I didn't cooperate, they found the account but couldn't produce a signature, is that grouds for removal?

RJM Acquistions $187 - SOL - CA unable to DV and will delete Has been deleted

Fed. Credit Corp. $293 - Same as the first one listed

also being reviewed by an attorney

IC Systems $94 - offered to settle with deletion, waiting to hear their answer No response

These are almost all past SOL, unvalidated accounts, what is the best thing I can do now to get them gone? Only one, FNB Brookings, is an OC and the rest are all CA's if that helps. In my opinion, SOL and unvalidated means they have no business being there anymore. I know there are letters to use, but anyone know of a quicker way. The CRA's say that even if the creditors didn't validate, the word to delete must come form the creditors, not the consumer...which sounds like BS to me.

Could send them an its with violations letter

Send them the sol letter could work to your benefit

Fax what you have to EQ with a letter letting them know that there is a mortgage riding on things 678-795-7954 Special Services Dept.

GMAC $6401 - SOL and due to be gone in about 2 months - ditto

Send gmac a verification letter and mention in there that this is past sol, and that by reporting this three times on one report it could be considered tainting your reports and they could be hit with 1000.00 violation for each instance under FCRA.

Send ITS to them with notice of violations

Write them back and tell them prove it or remove it.

They suck, actually put a collection on bf's report for 3.00, did you dispute this as not mine? They came off pretty easy

What you can also do is if you have disputed with cra and cra came back verified, copy all your correspondance and send them letter asking how did they verifiy when you have tried so hard to get this done and its just not happening for you.

Thanks Sis! If I wasn't in such a hurry with trying to get a mortgage, I would hit all these during CHOD. I'll figure something out though.

Lawyer is working on the Federal Credit Corp. case now, so we'll see what happens with that one.

I'm going home again this weekend, so I'll get to all these letters on Monday. I'll keep you posted.

According to the CRA's, I just talked to EX, DV is between the consumer and the creditor and they DO NOT have to remove an item just because it was unvalidated to the consumer!!! Is this right? I thought you could send your proof to the CRA that an account was unvalidated and then they have to remove it. Am I not getting it or are they right when they say that? Could someone please shed some light on this for me?

I received validation (including a photo copy of DH's signed app) from CA for Discover today. It's past the 30 days they had to validate, also it's past SOL. So I guess they are getting a SOL letter mailed out tomorrow ;)

I'm going to say "uh well, thanks for validating but you're S-O-L. Buh bye now" *pats CA on head and sends on merry little way*

Just alittle FYI for all, when dealing with a company, especially one who is not located in your state. A practive that these companies use is whats called a ignore them and they will get frustrated and then go away technique. It is something that is done, because they know that you will guarantee get frustrated if what you want is not done right away. This human psychology 100, and ladies and gentlemen, it works. How many times have you ask or requested something from someone and they didn't respond, what did you do then, ask again, then when given a , "we so sorry, it was supposed to be done, I dont know why it wasn't, but I will surely get it done right away, thankyou for bringing it to my attention, thankyou and rest assured I will handle this myself." After you start to feel relief, because you finally got someone who can help you instead of the idiot who didn't, what do you do now. You wait and wait and wait, althewhile confident that the ladie that was so nice to you said she would do it and that she is so sorry you had been waiting for 2 months, well , you just got caught again. This is called good cop bad cop role playing or something like it. You heard of it right.

Well, people, it is done for a reason, to stall as long as they can by playing with your emotions making you go up and down , up and down, till one day you just say screw it already I have better things to do. Am I right, yes I am. Why am I right , because I was trained in human psychology and also in the art of using what people dont know is being used against them, against them. Here is the part I like. I really like when it is being used against me. I can see it coming and when it does, I quickly nip it in the bud by telling these companies something they don't want to hear. And that is, I know what you are doing, remember althewhile being calm, cool , and collected, so lets get this over so that I wont have to sue you for pucking with me , ok. Because what you don't realize , is that I have all the time in the world to get you to give me what by right I deserve, and this little stalling techneque that you are doing is not going to work , but will only make me more revengeful in how much money I, based on your actions Ralph, and you said your name was Ralph right , is going to get me. So Ralph can we stop all this little game and just get this cleared up, because you know that enough time has passed for you or someone in your company have sufficiently handle my case right Ralph. So Ralph, what can i expect to receive this item or whatever your entitled to , in the mail within the week.

Wait for an answer, do not talk until he talks. First one who talks loses.

Then when says yes he will immediately get it out to you, you say thankyou for his cooperation. I then go on to again state that he'd better not be pucking with me. Then lastly , I also tell him that I'm glad but just in case something and excuse whatever the case may be comes up, I have just recorded this whole conversation. You need to check the laws about recording conversations without the others knowledge, each state is different. Here , because he called me back, I can record him.

I just for people to know that there are all sorts of tech that these companies will use no matter what. You , need to remember this, most of it is geared to play on your emotions and human nature. Sometimes, they are not being jerks on purpose, even though it seems like it. No they are playing you , because they know how you are going to respond.

The best thing to do is to be calm, cool , and collected, and remember it is a game and those who let their emotions get the best of them will let their emotions lose whatever they are trying to get. It is easier to control one who doe not control themselves. So control yourself no matter what, and never ,never, never give up.
