Randysbarb Posted October 12, 2003 Report Share Posted October 12, 2003 I posted this on the CRA board but got no response so I thought I would try here.I sent letters to all three CRA's 2 weeks ago asking for old address and names to be removed. I sent a copy of my DL and a copy of a current utility bill with the letter. I received a letter from EX stating that they had deleted and by looking at PG, they have. Also no word from EQ but I noticed on EQ gold that they also had deleted. TU is another story. I have had a collection in dispute 3 times in a row (3 months) but didn't keep a record on the first two. (I know, Stupid is as stupid does). The last time it was verified on 9/25, I called and raised sand talked to three different reps. Since then, I can't pull a FICO score from them and now they haven't updated my address and name info. Also, they have never marked the collection in dispute. I have the name date and times I spoke with all three of the last reps. What should I do to get the info off? In the box where you can write a comment, I would say that you think your file might be mixed with someone elses and you need to get this fixed. That you have already sent your correct info on two occassions and it is still not fixed. Then print this out after you submit it and keep for you records.TU does not mark accounts indispute.
