Larry357
I just called the Experian and it was like pulling teeth just to get them to investigate the Inquiries. I did do like Sisflomi said and allow them to put the fraud alert on my account so the lady would put the inquiries to be investigated. I also asked for previous addresses and previos employers to be deleted. With Equifax the results happened over night. I will report back to you guys how long it takes for Experian to delete these items. You have to make sure that you go to the fraud department. The first lady I talked to that wasn't in the fraud department was really rude and said that the company actually pulled my report so it wasn't fraud and that it was accurate. I told her obviously they pulled it, I have an inquiry to provwe that. What I am call about is that I didn't give them permission. She went on to say that a company doesn't have to have permission. She said a company can pull your credit just by you walking into the store. I started to explain that they needed to have permission and she said all you have to do is show interest and they can pull your report. I figured she was an idiot and I called back and asked for the special services department which is what they refer to their fraud department. As soon as you hang up you become a positive person again. It works out in the real world: 80% of the people are carrying around negitive baggage from the last person who did them wrong. I figure, hey I'm in the top 20% and I only deal with positive people, I only deal with the NEGITIVE if I have to and I throw their negitive energy back at them, get what I need and forget about them.Do the same with these CSR'S try a positive approach first, then use negitive but productive energy if you have to. Once you hang up, seek the positive people again (there a lot people like that HERE on this board). My motto," Seek out postive energy and go with flow and always use tact; It's all about energy. You can be productive with negitive energy but it's not a long term solution. i.e, you can't survive in a negitive energy field to long, it will drain you or you going to become negitive yourself, and that's just going to bring you more problems: Seek out positive energy!!!!! "Good luck
