Update on my goodwill or reaging process-

HI

I just got off the phone with cap 1. The only thing I got from the phone call was a stiff neck. I was on hold for at least 30 (nothing new with them) and after speaking to a CS person then to a super, I was told " we apprericate you doing business with us (ya right) but we can't do anything with the lates on your account". Bull *hit. I have been right on time for 9 months now and all of my balances are less than 25 %. As soon as I get past this low score BS, I am going to get as far away from Cap 1 as I can. They couldn't even offer a solution, anything. Nothing. They can't tell the differnce between their arse and the elbow. Jerks. Whew, now I feel better.

I also called Household and at least they said they would try to remove our lates. "No promises" -that's ok what more can you ask for? The large dept store in our area was another brick wall. Before I could even get my question out for re-aging/goodwill lettter, she was telling me "it can't be done, nope". Another jerk. I told her next time I would be careful and not get cancer. I told her I was sorry I was sick. Then I hung up. To sum up my progress for the last 2 days-I got nowhere fast. I feel like I have spent the last 2 days, reading, writing and waiting for nothing. I did pull all of our scores and found the last one was the best 620. This wouldn't feel so bad if I wasn't in need of a refi or equity line.

Once again, any help would be appriciated. I know everyone is busy-thank you for your time.

With that score you can get re-financed now! Check in the mortgage sections Charles and Bruce over there can help you sum up your situation.

Sorry to hear of the mis-fortune with the good will, have you tried writing in your request through www.planetfeedback.com

Have to admit that I know - capital one to be a really hard one, but sometimes running into just the right person makes all of the difference. If you call in, then request to speak directly to a supervisor on your problem. That might be another option.
