GuyInTexas
It's apparent someone recently bought some of my old charged-off debts since I started getting calls again. I've never heard of them and can't find anything about them on the web, should I call them to find out what this is about? I have no clue what debt it is.Well upon further review I did find a Mitchell N Kay law office in NY, not sure if it's the same one. The Mitchell N Kay law office is apparently owned by the Plaza Associates in NY, I think i've heard from them before. If it is the debt I think it is it's a repo'd truck from approx two years ago does the fact they're attorneys make it more critical or should I still possibly send a cease and desist letter? creditfix
We had them before. Send DV - they will fold. They cannot validate the debt. One of the accounts was Fingerhut. Ended up talking to a VERY nice guy at Fingerhut and he worked everything out for me and REMOVED all negs from CR!
