tydaddy Posted December 3, 2003 Report Share Posted December 3, 2003 Thanks for replying to my post earlier this morning regarding TU & EX refusing to use a Universal Data Form as sufficient documentation for a deletion of a CA. You sent me an email address for someone at TU as well as Kim Hughes name for Experian. Can you please verify if these are current contacts. I already sent an email off to drichman at TU but am wondering how I can confirm receipt. Because of the loan I want to make sure I make contact with people today.Also can you confirm whether EX will transfer me to the Special Handling Dept - I don't want to be stuck on the phone with a difficult customer service rep. I already called the CA and they did confirm that the form was faxed to all credit bureaus on 11-28-03. I just need to get this done! I can be quite aggressive - so let me know if that worked for you in the past or if I should maintain my cool and kill them with kindness. Thanks for your help!!! (got response in moments). If I find another contact there I will notify you ASAP.In the mean time, All you need to do is be stern with the 1st rep you talk to and tell them in no uncertain terms will you speak to anyone buy kim hughes. I sent the email hours ago but have not received a confirmation of receipt back and have not heard anything back from them either. I wonder if I should try calling. I would hate for the email to just sit there unattended and waste another whole day. I'm just incredibly anxious to get this taken care of because of the loan.I'll try TU and hopefully get a little more help on that end.
