lawdogk Posted December 10, 2003 Report Share Posted December 10, 2003 Im being sued by citibank when i go to the court what is it i have to do?then when i get a date and show up what will likely happen? whats a good defense? what are some reasons a judgement wont be entered? is there any way to save what little credit i have or is this the end. ive offered to pay monthly to the cca but they said i still have to go to court is there nothing i can do?
