Seapup
I sent two accounts to Experian for review as "older than 7 years", which they were. The CA keep re-aging them to make them look new. TransUnion deleted them. Experian left one on as "Remains", the other just says "Reviewed". What is "Reviewed"? Is is not "Remain" or "Deleted"..... Leadhead
Does it really matter what EX's designation of "review(ed) means? If they are reporting info older than 7 years, it MUST be removed...end of story. If they don't remove it, sue them...plain and simple. The dispute I was given this response to is not 7 years old. I see the point for the orignial poster, but I'd still like to know what it means in my case. bellatragedia
Well, EX gave me a "reviewed" status on a Sherman collection I disputed with them. Before they put it as "reviewed" Sherman dropped off by itself. Then, two days after the completion of their investigation, they decided to change it back to "remains" (which is what it said after it dropped off, and up until they fiished the entire investigation).Sherman is off my report, yet it says remains as status of TL dispute.Did nothing change on your report after they investigated and finalized at "reviewed"? I am simply looking for what the term means before I go in with my guns drawn.
Leadhead
Sorry...didn't mean to sound smug about this issue EX has been a pain in my a$$ and I've been forced to sue them. It seems the only language they understand.Has anyone simply called EX and ask for an explanation?
