tryingtogetbackontrack
I had filed bankruptcy Oct. 1995 and it hasn't shown on my Equifax credit report for a few years now but I sent letters to TU and Experian because they both had them listed as $0 asset $0 liability but when I filed it was not like that so I disputed that I have never filed a $0 asset $0 liability bankruptcy and I got a letter today that TransUnion deleted the bankruptcy in full from my credit report! YEAH!! now if I can just get Experian to do the same......it seems every time I dispute something I have the most trouble with Experian.....are they tough for everyone else also? Slowly making progress! For the 'newbies', keep at it, it really does work, I just started this whole process the end of January and I've been getting very good results! c m chase
it seems every time I dispute something I have the most trouble with Experian.....are they tough for everyone else also? They are, by far, the biggest thorn in my side.TU: deleted 21 baddies EQ: deleted 6 baddiesEX: deleted 1 sorta baddie (one account that was late twice) I have them on SOOOO many violations right now it's not even funny. Just getting my ducks in a row to haul it to court, baby!
Methuss
now if I can just get Experian to do the same......it seems every time I dispute something I have the most trouble with Experian.....are they tough for everyone else also? Experian is so bad that the car dealership I worked with in October said they don't even look at EX reports any more because they are so inaccurate. Not only is accuracy a problem, but they also use the "frivolous" excuse a lot to avoid doing investigations.I had a lawyer send a letter (with supporting proof) demanding the removal of a tradeline that was unverified to all 3 and EX is the only one that refused. Said their contracts with the furnishers of info excluded them from doing anything more than verifying that their info matched the furnisher's. (Which is BS by the way).
