seven
what is the best way to have old addresses removed from credit file...calling, writing..etc...I called experian and disputed one on yesterday..while disputing the address she crossreferenced it with current accounts they show with the old addresses and asked me about those accounts.....all I could say was I dont know, but that address is not mine..she deleted the address and said they would investigate the accounts....I just noticed one more address that needs to go..and about 15 mispelled variations of my name ...also a variation of my ssn that is not mine... c m chase
With any of the addresses, the best way would be to call - they normally delete right away. With the social and your name, I'd send it via us mail...send a copy of your driver's license (mark out the dl number..you don't want that on your report) and your social security card. I think that should do it.
