lovethiscite
I want to start repair and remember seeing some of the CRA's get their info from other sources. Should I dispute with these other sources first?
wert
Dolan is a 'third party information gathering company' that the other CRAs use. A lot of the public information material comes from them.Yes, you can dispute it just like a CRA. They have to investigate or delete.
c m chase
However, they will send you a letter saying "sorry, we are NOT a CRA and don't compile or distribute your personal information" which is TOTAL crap. That's exactly what they do - they even say on their website "we are considered a CRA". They're idiots and a pain in the butt. Keep after them though.
