wdspeedbump Posted March 31, 2004 Report Share Posted March 31, 2004 i'm just curious..how can a ca validate original contract signature if a credit card is sent unsolicited to the consumer, then activated by phone, and the only charges on the card are balance transfers by phone.there must be some way to track debtor agreeing to pay. DocDon Posted March 31, 2004 Report Share Posted March 31, 2004 I'm sure there's something written in small print somewhere in the cardholder agreement you received with the card that addresses that issue.
