Methuss Posted April 21, 2004 Report Share Posted April 21, 2004 True. The FCRA does not give anyone a second chance once they commit a violation. If you claim that someone does not have PP to access your credit report, and you have sufficient evidence to back up your claim, then they will have to prove otherwise.
