Anonymus
Im considering going with this charles guy everyone keeps talking about and was wondering if I had to ask those mean questions when I talked with him. (this forum has a sticky at the top with questions to ask loan officers).

Allie Mae
You should always ask those questions, period! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Trust me, they won't be around when it's time to make your payment. The questions themselves are designed to protect you as a consumer. An honest lender will not have a problem with any of them. My guess is Charles will be more than happy to answer all of oyur questions.
paw67
I agree with Allie! I too dealt with Charles and think he is terrific. He is honest and helpful but, he put those questions there for a reason. I do not think that he would have a problem answering them at all. He is a really good guy and will do what he can for you.Good luck to you!paw67
