missdivantx
I spoke to my credit union loan department today about re-financing my car and they say I am approved but first I need to pay off a $260 collection on my Equifax report. I'll pay it but I want it to be deleted and I want to make this whole thing short and sweet. What do you guys think will be the best way to approach? Pay for delete letter for full amountNegotiate and send money order w/restrictive endorsementrevised***
DocPC
I see no reason they would lie to you. Try for a pay to delete.
pjwife27
I believe them. Only reason I say that is because when DH and I thought we were moving, we went to look at financing a car. They told us no problem, 4.9% financing, BUT we had to pay two charge-offs first. Wouldn't hurt to try for a pay for delete also!
