willingtocope
Ok, just checked Pacer, and the 1st and 3rd mortgage holder on our house was granted a "Relief from stay"...which I assume means they can begin foreclosure. Not unexpected. However, I noticed that second page listed a bunch of people who were notified...some I recognize, some I don't...but at least one was one of the CC companys we listed in our BK. Why would the trustee be notifing them?
SillyLilly
Did they file a motion for notice or something like that? A ca that was suing me filed one of those in my case, so the trustee had to send them every piece of paper associated with my case.Edit: In my state it's called Notice of Appearance And Request For Service Of Notice
willingtocope
Nope...don't think so. The only papers I received were in regard to the bank that hold 1st and 3rd mortgage.
