Risk Management Alternatives Problems

Help! I've been dealing with these people for a year now, and can't get anywhere. I've also let this go and I shouldn't have - I got frustrated and stopped. Now I'm getting back into what I need to do. Debt WAY past SOL.

They are reporting this on my Equifax TWICE with no "in dispute".

5/29/03 - Send DV letter to Phoenix, AZ address. No Response.

7/19/03 - Send DV, estoppel of silence letter, listing all their violations. No Response.

1/1/04 - Letters start coming MONTHLY from RMA, in Baltimore, MD.

Do I DV the Baltimore address now?

Do I just contact the FTC and the Attorney General in MD?

Should I send a letter to RMA telling them I am doing so?

I should probably do an ITS as well, but I'll definitely need help with that...

I had a problem with these people also. I sent a certified letter to their headquarters located in Duluth, GA. I haven't heard from them since.

I'll definitely go right to the main headquarters to see what happens. I hadn't thought of that.

There have been some recent posts about Attorney General reporting and ITS letters that should help me out as well.

Get 'em from all sides......
