ANother SOL - just need to understand

How do I determine when SOL is over. I know it is from the DOLA - but, I want to be positive about it (each account), before I send any documetnation to a CA. Will i get this information if I DV a CA. Do I need to do that first?

You need to know the date of your last payment you made on the account. Go back over your bank records to find out when you last paid them. The DOLA on the credit reports is not always accurate -- and can actually be fudged by the OC or CA, since the CRA simply reports what they are told.
