Palgal
Does anyone know if there is a sol for unpaid state tax lien? We just recieved a letter from the state revenue dept. stating that we owe $5Kfor tax 1993 due in 30days. I want to know about sol for collecting, even though it is on our cr. thanks
admin
The IRS has a long memory - I think there is only a statute of limitations to prosecute inaccurate or negligent filings. Once they have determined that you owe money, I don't think there's a statute of limitation.
