quepasoksl
When both are 'pro se' do you file your answers seperately?? Also do you submit everything in duplicate such as discovery and motions on behalf of each individual? I'm guessing yes as one party could obtain a dismissal and still leave the other party open to legal ramifications. Just haven't been in this situation before. Usually it's been one or the other, but not both. Thanks in advance!
calawyer
One issue you need to look at under Florida law is whether a non-lawyer can represent someone else in court. If not, then separate answers are usually prepared so that each defendant is representing his or herself.
