cabledude
Cap One sent my wife a check today for $1,000? She has a CC with them with a $225 CL. That's it. The check came with no letter and she indicates she did not talk to them. They did not pull her credit. Has anyone else ever received a check from them like this? Maybe it is some sort of bank error? DocDon
What does the back of the check say? "If you deposit this, you agree to...."
credithelp
Its a loan. It should have somewhere in fine print that states the interest rate, how many months, etc. Nationsbank mailed me one of those many years ago and the interest rate was over 20 percent. Yours may have better rates but i would know the terms before i cashed it.
