jenyphur
Ok..here's one for you. On my CR, it lists a judgement with my Ex husband being the plaintiff. It's from back in 2001. I know for a fact that he will not respond if I try and fight this. So I guess my question is....how DO I fight this? Is there any way to get judgements OFF your CR? Thanks. DocPC
Want me to beat him up?Being that old, I doubt you can get it vacated....
jenyphur
Beat him up??? Oh please don't tempt me. Most of my credit issues have to do with him but I'm the one that made all the $$$ so they all came after me. If I can get him to sign something....can I get HIM to vacate it? LOL...like that would ever happen but it's wishful thinking.
DocPC
Yes, he can vacate it.
jenyphur
SWEET!!! I might be able to BRIBE him into doing that. He owes me a lot of money for back child support. Hmmmm.....good to know. THANKS
Kristin36
Just my experience....I tried that 'I need this from you and if you give it to me, I'll knock some $$ off what you owe me for back CS' thing. They wouldn't let us do it. Had to bargain with visitation. Gave him extra weekends and such.

DocPC
Doc, you are WAY so too eager!Besides, I heard you could be 'bribed' pretty cheap. True story.... If any of you are familiar with my neck of the woods, you will know of Kelly's.I used to be his lead bouncer, so I usually like a good a$$-whoopin' now and again.Especially if it's for a good reason like defending a lady's honor.*bows*
jenyphur
LOL...I have actually been there...and that 'other' place that is real close. Shhhh...don't tell anyone. I'm sure my ex would go for the reduction in $$$...sadly, he doesn't care that much about the extra time with his children. The money that he owes isn't 'technically' through the child support enforcement agency. We cut a deal in court that he would pay $250 towards day care expenses outside of the low child support he pays. IF I'm forced to take him back to court to now collect it, it will hold up but it would cost me about $2k to take it there.
